Rinse the can thoroughly so that all residue is removed.

Then let the tin dry thoroughly.

At the bottom, about 2 cm from the edge, make an opening using a knitting needle and a hammer.

Insert the rope through the opening.

Tie the ends of the rope together so that you get a hanging loop.

Take the wooden stick and glue about 3 inches to the tin just below the opening.(This stick will serve as a perch for the bird.)

Fill the can with birdseed.

If necessary, also put some straw in the tin to make the birds feel extra at home. 🐦🌾
