Take a ruler and pencil. Draw strips on the back of the cardboard. Cut out the strips. Make one end of the cocktail stick blunt by cutting off the tip. Apply some glue to a cardboard strip. Fold the cardboard in half around the cocktail stick to create a flag. Make sure the flag is on the blunt end of the stick. Rub both sides firmly together to ensure it sticks well. Let the flags dry thoroughly. Cut a small triangle out of the bottom of the flag for a playful effect. And you're done! 🎉
