Gift box

What do you need.

From the Elvea cardboard, cut a strip approximately 22 cm x 10 cm.

Fold the cardboard in the middle.

From the center line, measure 8 cm to the left and right (top and bottom).

Connect these points with lines.

On the right side make a fold line: Measure 1 cm above and below here. Connect these points.

Then measure 4 cm from the center on both sides (top and bottom).

Take a CD and draw the curves of the box. The 4 cm mark will be the highest point of the curve. Repeat this for the inside as well.

Extend the end of the curve on the right side with a diagonal line straight up and down.

Draw two smaller circles (notches) so that the box opens and closes more easily.

Cut the whole thing out.

Carefully go over the fold lines with the tip of your scissors so you can fold the box neatly later.

Apply glue to the outer flap and fold it inward.

Let dry thoroughly.

When everything is dry, shape the box.
