Made from carefully selected tomatoes and basil, this passata is ideal as a base for pasta sauces, soups and classic Italian dishes. With no added sugars or tomato concentrate, the pure, full tomato flavor is fully preserved with the trusted quality of Elvea.
It takes 1 kg of fresh tomatoes to obtain 500 g of passata and 1.4 kg for 690 g of passata.
