It's been quite a while that I've been looking for something in which to put my jewellery and especially my earrings. This jewellery box, designed from an Elvea can, does the trick. I can put everything in it, I can instantly find my earrings and in addition, not tangled up together.
After having carefully cleaned the box, I covered the sharp edges with tape to eliminate any risk of cuts.
To make the inside of the box a little more colourful, I painted it. I also painted the underside and top of the box of the same colour. You can of course decide which colour to apply.
Here you are, it’s ready!
Inside, I store my necklaces, my hair clips and many other things, and on the edges, I hang my earrings.

What do you need?
- A can (carefully cleansed) of Elvea Cubetti 800 g (or another type, but I think that bigger ones are less practical)- Gouache (the colour of your choice)
- A paint brush
- Adhesive tape (I used the transparent tape, but of course you can use colour).
