Quick pizza hot dogs
Ingredients
4 persons
- 1 piece of large baguette
- 16 hot dog sausages
- 250 grams ELVEA Pizza at Home
- 300 grams grated mozzarella
- fresh basil
- 16 slices of chorizo, optional

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Cut the baguette into 4 equal pieces and cut each piece horizontally all the way through, so you have 8 pieces of bread.

Spread each piece of bread with some ELVEA Pizza a Casa.

Place 2 hot dog sausages on each piece. Distribute a few basil leaves over them and spoon some extra Pizza a Casa on top.

Distribute the grated mozzarella generously over the pizza hot dogs and optionally top with slices of chorizo.

Bake in the oven at 200 °C until the mozzarella is nicely melted and golden brown. Serve immediately.
