Waffle Calzone

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 mozzarella
  • ELVEA Apples and Legumes
  • oregano
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation

    Preheat the waffle iron. Quickly unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 8 pieces.

    Spread 4 quarters with Elvea Pomo & Legumi and top them with pieces of mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes.

    Sprinkle with finely chopped oregano and drizzle with olive oil.

    Dampen the edges with your index finger and cover the four quarters with the remaining dough.

    Press to seal well.

    Grease the waffle iron and bake the waffles Calzone for 5 to 7 min
