Grilled gamberoni with ginger

Ingredients

4 persons

  • 1 twigs rosemary
  • 4 centimeter verse ginger
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 shrimp
  • 400 Gram ELVEA Cubes Look
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon juice

Preparation

    Finely chop the rosemary.

    Peel and grate the ginger and mix both with the oil.

    Season with pepper and marinate the king prawns in it for 2 hours.

    Grill the prawns until golden brown and keep warm.

    Pour the remaining marinade into a saucepan and heat it up.

    Then add the ELVEA Cubetti and season with lemon juice.

    Arrange on the plates and spoon the Elvea Cubetti over them.
