Italian haute dog
Ingredients
4 persons
- 4 hot dog buns
- 4 Italian sausage
- 1 glances ELVEA Basil Cubes
- 100 Gram ground mozzarella
- a couple basil leaves
- balsamic cream
Preparation

Fry the sausages in a dash of olive oil.

Cut open the buns and spread with a spoonful of diced tomatoes.

Place a sausage on top each time and top with slices of mozzarella.

Place the rolls in a baking dish and place in a preheated 180-degree oven for 10 minutes until the mozzarella is nicely melted.

Finish with a basil leaf and balsamic syrup.
