Tasting glasses
Ingredients
4 persons
- 1 zucchini
- 400 Gram ELVEA Tomato Pulp
- 1 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 mespunt ginger powder
- pepper
- salt
- 8 tablespoons sesame seeds
Preparation

Cut the zucchini into very small cubes.

Mix the pulp with the honey, vinegar, and oil, and season with ginger powder, pepper, and salt.

Toast the sesame seeds in a non-stick pan.

Distribute the pulp mixture among the glasses.

Finish them off with the zucchini cubes and the sesame seeds.
