Fried burrata with Il Puro

Ingredients

4 persons

  • 250 milliliter Elvea Il Puro
  • 2 bulbs burrata
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 coffee spoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • a couple basil leaves
  • 2 ciabatta
  • pepper
  • salt

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

    Take a baking dish and pour in the crushed tomatoes. Place the ball of burrata in the center. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is simmering.

    Top with grated Parmesan cheese and leaves of fresh basil. Serve with slices of ciabatta for dipping.
