BBQ chicken pizza

Ingredients

4 persons

  • 2 pizza dough ready-made or homemade
  • 2 red onion
  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoons paprika
  • 8 tablespoons water
  • 8 tablespoons Elvea Pizza a Casa
  • 4 tablespoons Barbecue sauce
  • 200 Gram ground mozzarella
  • 1 green peppers

Preparation

    Cut the red onion into half rings. Sauté them for a minute in a dash of olive oil in a skillet. Add the chicken breast. Season with the paprika and add four tablespoons of water. Simmer under cover for 15 minutes (stir occasionally).

    Remove the chicken breast from the pan and cut into small pieces. Mix the tufts of chicken back under the red onion and stir in two more spoonfuls of barbecue sauce.

    Dice the green bell bell pepper.

    Brush the pizza dough with the pizza sauce and sprinkle with the crushed mozzarella. Spread the bbq chicken and diced bell pepper on top.

    Bake the pizza for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated 200-degree oven. Cut into pieces before serving.
