Crispy toast with melon and pesto

Ingredients

4 persons

  • 1 melon
  • 8 thick slices bread
  • 2 suits parma ham
  • 2 tube Elvea Pesto Verde
  • 2 tube Elvea Pesto Rosso
  • 2 bulbs burrata
  • pepper
  • salt

Preparation

    Remove the skin of the melon and cut the flesh into small cubes.

    Then cut 4 nice slices of bread. You can also preferably toast these briefly in a pan with some olive oil.

    Spread a thin layer of the pesto over the bread. Lay somewhat casually the slices of parma ham over the toast. Scatter some melon cubes and finish with some tufts of pesto and stracciatella di burrata.
