Grilled conchiglionis
Ingredients

- 4 bottles Elvea Il Puro
- 1000 Gram ricotta
- 4 eggs
- 140 Gram Parmesan
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
- 600 Gram frozen peas
- 2 onions
- chili flakes
- grated mozzarella cheese
- conchiglionis

Pre-cook the pasta for 10 minutes, then rinse with cold water.

Meanwhile, make the filling by mixing the ricotta with the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, eggs, salt, pepper, chili flakes and 1 tablespoon of oregano.

Divide the tomato sauce among the baking dishes.

Fill the conchiglionis and place them on top of the tomato sauce, add a little grated mozzarella.

Put the dishes in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
