Grilled cheese with Pesto Rosso

Ingredients

4 persons

  • 8 thick slices bread
  • 4 tube Elvea Pesto Rosso
  • Grilled zucchini
  • 4 bulbs mozzarella
  • Emmentaler
  • dried oregano
  • sun-dried tomatoes

Preparation

    Top a slice of bread with pesto, emmental, mozzarella, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, a little oregano, zucchini and arugula.

    Close with a second slice of bread and fry in a pan with a little oil.

    Turn halfway through.

    Serve immediately with a nice salad.
