Mexican dip ring

Ingredients

4 persons

  • 1 onions
  • 1 cooked chicken breast
  • 4 tablespoons in pieces
  • 150 Gram ELVEA Passata Natural
  • 12 cheddar cheese
  • 1 tortilla sheets
  • 2 tablespoons avocado
  • leaves sour cream
  • cilantro
  • pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil

Preparation

    Sauté the onion in half rings and the chicken pieces in a dash of olive oil. Add the passata. Season with salt and pepper.

    Top the tortilla wraps with a spoonful of the chicken mixture and sprinkle with some ground cheddar. Roll up tightly and cut in half. Take a fireproof plate and place a bowl in the center.

    Arrange the tortilla rolls around it and still sprinkle with the rest of the cheddar. Remove the bowl and bake the rolls for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

    Mash the avocado with a fork. Mix in the sour cream, pepper and salt. Fill the bowl and set back in the center of the ring after it comes out of the oven. Top with finely chopped cilantro.
