Pepperoni pizza boxes

Ingredients
4 persons
- 2 tablespoons ELVEA Pizza a Casa
- 1 roll of ready-made or homemade pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
- 16 slices of chorizo
- olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Grease the cupcake pans with some olive oil.

Using a round cutout, cut out 6 round shapes from the pizza dough and place them in the cupcake pans. Prick the bottom with a fork and slide into the oven for 5 minutes.

Take a shot glass and fold the 4 slices of chorizo over it 1 at a time. Turn the glass over and remove it from the rose. Repeat this 6 times.

Spread the bottom of the pizza dough with Elvea sauce Pizza a casa, sprinkle with mozzarella and top each pizza with a chorizo rose. Slide into the oven for another 10 minutes.
