Shakshuka Il Puro

Ingredients

4 persons

  • 1.5 pointed bell pepper
  • 1.5 bottles Elvea Il Puro
  • 4 cloves look
  • 1 onions
  • 3 teaspoons harissa
  • 3 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • fresh parsley
  • feta
  • 4 eggs
  • bread
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt

Preparation

    Start by finely chopping the onion. While you stew it glazed in a pan with a splash of olive oil, cut the pointed bell pepper into thin strips.

    Once the onion is glazy add the pointed bell pepper. Let it fry for 2-3 minutes in the olive oil.

    Squeeze the garlic cloves into the pan and fry for a minute.

    Add the Il Puro, 2/3 of the fresh parsley, the harissa, the smoked paprika and some salt and pepper.

    Let simmer for 4 minutes.

    Finally, break the eggs directly into the sauce.

    When the eggs are done (the whites are cooked but the yolks are still runny) you are done.

    Finish with some more parsley and feta.
