Zucchini spaghetti with halloumi

  • 4 zucchini
  • 4 teeny look
  • 1 jar ELVEA Arrabbiata pasta sauce
  • 60 grams of capellini
  • 1 block of halloumi
  • 4 strands of cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • oregano
  • pepper
  • salt

Preparation

    First rinse the cherry tomatoes, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil and add 1 or 2 pressed cloves of garlic. Place in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, rinse the zucchini, trim the ends, and make zucchini spaghetti using the spiralizer.

    Sauté 2 finely chopped garlic cloves in a large pan with 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the zucchini spaghetti.

    Meanwhile, cook the cappellini (one minute less than the indicated time).

    Add the Elvea pasta sauce to the pan and let it simmer on low heat.

    Add the cooked pasta and mix well, season with oregano, salt, and pepper.

    Grill slices of halloumi in a separate pan.

    Serve the pasta on the plates, top them with a few pieces of halloumi and the cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
