Pull-apart bread with garlic & tomato

Ingredients

  • ELVEA Basil Cubes
  • 1 round, uncut sourdough bread
  • 75 grams of garlic butter
  • 400 grams of grated cheese
  • 5 spring trips
  • 8 slices of Parma ham
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

    As preparation:

    Cut 8 slices of Parma ham into small pieces.

    Cut 5 spring onions into rings.

    Recipe: 

    Take 2 sheets of aluminum foil, each the size of a loaf of bread.

    Distribute the olive oil over the tin foil and place the bread on it.

  4. 4

    Using a serrated knife, cut a cross pattern into the bread. Do not cut deeper than ¾ of the bread and leave about 1.5 cm between each cut.

    Spread the herb butter between the incisions using a pastry brush

    Place a second sheet of aluminum foil on the bread and wrap both sheets around it.

    Bake for 7 minutes at 200° in the oven.

    Take the bread out of the oven and remove the top layer from it.

    Distribute the spring onion, the cheese, the Parma ham and the cubetti over the bread.

    Season with pepper and salt.

    Put the bread in an oven for 15 minutes, but without the top aluminum foil.

    Finish with parsley.
