- 1 pinch of cinnamon (secret ingredient)
- 1 pinch of chili pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
- parmesan cheese
- green pesto
- fresh basil
- chili flakes
Preparation
-
1
As a preparation, cut all the vegetables into small cubes and finely chop the garlic.
-
2
Brown the ground chicken in olive oil. Mash it with a fork or a potato masher for the impatient.
-
3
When the ground meat is almost done, briefly sauté the vegetables with it. Season with all the herbs.
-
4
Season generously with pepper and salt.
-
5
Stir everything well and deglaze with the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add the honey and let the sauce simmer for at least 25 minutes over low heat.
-
6
Cook your favorite pasta shape al dente. Mix the sauce into the pasta. If you have leftover sauce... lucky you!! Definitely freeze it.
-
7
Divide the pasta among the plates and finish with some pesto, Parmesan cheese, and fresh basil. Do you like it spicy? Add some chili flakes!
Enjoy your meal!
