Gnocchi from the oven with mozzarella
Ingredients
4 persons
- 1000 Gram potato gnocchi
- 800 Gram ELVEA Basil Cubes
- 4 cloves look
- 2 onions
- 2 red peppers
- 2 lumps dried oregano
- pepper
- salt
- 250 Gram Buffalo mozzarella
- olive oil

Finely chop the onion, garlic and bell bell pepper and sauté in some olive oil until the onion looks translucent. Add in the Cubetti Basil and the gnocchi.

Put the lid on the pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Let simmer for a few more minutes.

Now turn on the grill. Spoon the gnocchi-tomato mixture into a fireproof oven and tear the mozzarella over it.

Let grill for 6-7 minutes until the mozzarella begins to brown slightly.
