Italian pancakes in the oven

Ingredients

4 persons

  • 3 eggs
  • salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 slices of minced meat
  • 12 tablespoons cooked ham
  • ground mozzarella
  • 100 grams of provolone
  • 2 tablespoons ELVEA Tomato and Pepper Dip
  • sour cream

Preparation

    Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to form pancake batter.

    Heat some oil in a pan and fry 12 small pancakes.

    Cut the ham into strips.

  4. 4

    Spread the ham and mozzarella over the pancakes and roll them up.

    Grease a fireproof dish with olive oil.

    Place the rolls in this and grate the provolone on top.

    Bake in the oven at 180° C for about 10 min.

    Mix the tub of Pomo e Peperoni with 2 tbsp of sour cream.

    Finish the fried pancakes with this.
