Ingredients

4 persons

  • 12 peeled shrimp
  • 6 slices of Parma ham
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 shallots
  • 1.5 cloves of garlic
  • 0.5 deciliter pastis
  • 267 gram ELVEA Cubes
  • 1.5 deciliters [of] room

Preparation

    Cut the ham slices in half lengthwise and roll the scampi in them.

    Peel and chop the garlic and shallots and sauté them in the oil.

  3. 3

    Add the shrimp and fry for 2 minutes on each side.

  4. 4

    Scoop them out of the pan and keep them warm.

  5. 5

    Pour the diced tomatoes, pastis, and cream into the pan and let it thicken.

    Season with salt and pepper, then add the scampi back in to warm through.
