Ingredients

4 persons

  • 1 cube ELVEA Cubes
  • 2 sirloin steaks
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 2 pots of hummus
  • 8 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 4 tablespoons cilantro
  • 4 large tortillas
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Shawarma spices

Preparation

    Boil the chicken breasts in salted water for 15 minutes. Place the chicken breasts in a bowl and shred the chicken with two forks.

    Add shawarma seasoning to the pulled chicken to taste.

    Mix the black beans, corn, Elvea Cubes, and red onion in a bowl.

    Season with pepper and salt.

    Lay the wraps open on a plate. Spread the hummus over the wraps with a spoon.

    Add 2 leaves of romaine lettuce per wrap. Spoon the pulled chicken and the mixture with the cubes onto them.

    Garnish with coarsely chopped cilantro.
