Pasta with creamy salmon

  • 1 goblet Elvea Traditional Pasta Sauce
  • 4 pieces salmon with skin
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 have garlic
  • 400 Gram spaghetti
  • 100 milliliter culinary cream (20% fat)
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt

Preparation

    Take a baking dish, put some olive oil on the bottom. Season the salmon with salt & pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.

    Sauté the shallot in a dash of olive oil. Add the garlic, sauté for a moment as well and then deglaze everything with the jar of Elvea Tradizionale. Rinse the jar with water and add along with the culinary cream. Let simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.

    Remove the salmon from the oven and add half to the sauce (we'll serve the other half pure later). Pull some loose in the sauce and stir well.

    Ladle the pasta directly over to the sauce, stir through and shake up.

    Serve the pasta with a piece of salmon and that's it!
