Pizza pesto
Ingredients
4 persons
- 4 bulbs pizza dough ready-made or homemade
- 2 tube Elvea Pesto Verde
- 2 pouches frozen spinach
- 4 tablespoons room
- 2 cloves garlic
- 400 Gram mozzarella kitchen
- grated Parmesan cheese
- pine nuts
- fresh basil

Thaw the spinach and drain as much water as possible, add the cream, salt and pepper and fresh garlic.

Spread the pizza dough with your hands from the center outward, then pull it out with both hands from the center outward.

Brush the dough with pesto, add the spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and pine nuts.

Bake for 2 minutes in a pizza oven or in a regular oven (follow your oven's baking time +- 15 to 20 minutes at 250 degrees).

After baking, add fresh basil.
