Pork stir-fry
Ingredients
4 persons
- 600 Gram Pork fillet
- 3 peppers
- 2 different in color
- 2 cloves roots
- 4 tablespoons look
- 2 tablespoons flower
- 4 tablespoons Cajun spice mix
- 690 Gram olive oil
- 2 tablespoons ELVEA Passata Soffritto
- curry powder
Preparation

Cut the meat into strips.

Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and cut them together with the

julienned carrots.

Peel and mince the garlic.

Mix the flour with the Cajun seasoning and dredge the meat in it.

Cook the meat in the wok with 2 tablespoons of oil, stirring constantly, until done, then transfer to a dish.

Heat the remaining oil in the wok and sauté the garlic.

Stir-fry the carrots and bell peppers for 2 minutes

Then add the passata and season with curry powder.
