Sardines in the oven
Ingredients
4 persons
- 4 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 4 cloves look
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 400 Gram ELVEA Tomato Pulp
- 1 coffee spoons mild paprika powder
- 600 Gram Sardine fillets
- 4 tablespoons parsley
- minced
- pepper

Peel and slice the potatoes.

Peel and chop the onions and garlic and sauté them in oil.

Add the potato slices, the Polpa, 1 glass of water, and the allspice powder.

Cover and let simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Pour into a gratin dish, arrange the fillets on top, and spoon the sauce over them.

Season with pepper and bake for about 12 minutes

Sprinkle the parsley over it just before serving.
