Tomato soup with meatballs

Ingredients

4 persons

  • 500 gram ELVEA Natural Passata
  • 1 deciliter room
  • 2 deciliters chicken broth
  • 150 grams mixed ground meat
  • 1 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • pepper
  • salt

Preparation

    Mix the minced meat with the egg yolk and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper and roll small balls of the mixture. Fry them in the pan.

    Bring the passata to a boil with the broth and cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Add the meatballs to the soup.
