Vegetable Crumble
Ingredients

- 1.5 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1.5 riding paprika
- 1.5 zucchini
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 460 gram ELVEA Passata Rustica
- 47 grams of butter
- 67 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 80 grams of flour

Peel and chop the onion and garlic, pit the peppers.

Chop the zucchini and peppers into pieces.

Sauté the garlic and onion in the oil, then add the zucchini, bell peppers, and Passata.

Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat, season with salt and pepper to taste, and pour into a baking dish.
