Ingredients

  • 1.5 onions
  • 2 cloves look
  • 1.5 red peppers
  • 1.5 zucchini
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 460 Gram ELVEA Rustic Passata
  • 47 Gram butter
  • 67 Gram Parmesan cheese
  • 80 Gram flower

Preparation

    Peel and chop the onion and garlic, pit the peppers.

    Chop the zucchini and peppers into pieces.

    Sauté the garlic and onion in the oil, then add the zucchini, bell peppers, and Passata.

    Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat, season with salt and pepper to taste, and pour into a baking dish.

    Using your fingertips, mix the butter, cheese, and flour until a crumbly mixture forms, then spread it over the vegetables.

    Slide under the grill and let it turn golden brown.
